(Free Pass to Fair for Bingo Volunteers)

August 13 - 17, 2008

12:30 to 8:30 P.M. 

Volunteers Needed   We need 16 volunteers per day to work 4 hour shifts in the bingo tent.   Volunteers are needed to sell bingo cards, verify bingos, pay winners and sell refreshments.   Free passes to fair will be provided for each volunteer.

Donations Appreciated   We need donations to help pay for the rental of a tent, tables and chairs at the fair.   100 donations of $10 or more would cover most of our expenses.  Please consider a donation if you are not able to volunteer.

 We can use your support as a volunteer in the bingo tent or as a donor to cover our expenses.
