The following shall be the regular standing committees of the agency and their duties:

 

A.  Executive Committee

 

Shall consist of the officers and standing committee chairpersons of the corporation and shall, between sessions of the Board of Directors, exercise all powers of the Board in the management of the affairs and business of the corporation.

 

B.  Human Resources/Finance Committee

 

Shall consist of a chairperson and at least three other members; shall recommend to the Board of Directors an annual budget, and changes in financial policy; shall review the financial statements of the corporation at least quarterly; shall provide for and review the corporation's annual audit; shall approve and ensure compliance with corporation's Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual;  shall ensure corporate compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations; shall review personnel job descriptions and salary schedules and shall hear complaints and grievances as prescribed by the corporation's policies.

 

C.  Program Committee

 

Shall consist of a chairperson, at least three Board members and one representative from each program advisory committee; shall develop, review and revise long and short range plans for programs; shall evaluate effectiveness of programs; shall recommend programs to the Board with annual goals and objectives; and shall monitor performance of programs in meeting annual goals and objectives at least quarterly.

 

D.  Fund Raising/Fund Development Committee

 

Shall consist of a chairperson and at least three members; shall develop and review plans to inform and educate the community about the corporation's mission; shall identify fund raising opportunities and coordinate fund raising on behalf of the corporation; shall recognize and support the involvement of volunteers within the corporation's programs; and shall evaluate the corporation's image and support within the community.
