We offer supportive senior and community services to the Kenosha area. These vital services include Meals on Wheels, Volunteer Transportation, parenting programs supporting at risk families such as Teen Parent, Family Support, and Anger Management, as well as memory loss programming, and adult day services providing respite to caregivers through our Daybreak program.
With the help of over 600 volunteers, KAFASI was able to provide over 90,000 meals to seniors, and over 8,000 affordable rides to those in need of affordable transportation last year. These dedicated volunteers work tirelessly throughout the community as drivers, student mentors, greeters and guides at various museums and hospitals, as friendly visitors to numerous elderly at risk of loneliness or isolation, and so many other vital roles.
In honor of National Volunteer Appreciation Week, KAFASI thanks you!
