Deliver meals to an elderly senior through Meals on Wheels, connect with a senior through an in-home visiting program for seniors who are homebound through our Friendly Visitor program, these are just a few of the volunteer service opportunities available to you through AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP Volunteering with commitments ranging from a few hours per week to much more.

AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP Volunteers serve in a wide variety of community activities and places such as:
- Kenosha Unified School District
- Kenosha Public Museums
- Adult literacy station at Kenosha Literacy Council
- Hospice Alliance
- In homes for homebound seniors through KAFASI’s Friendly Visitor program
- Meals on Wheels Drivers
- KAFASI Senior dining sites throughout Kenosha County
- KAFASI’s Tech Connect for seniors
- City Clerk’s office
- Shalom Center food pantry
- Reality Check for High school students financial literacy program
Eligibility Requirements
- 55 years and older
- Clear necessary background checks
- Participate in training specific to their volunteer assignments
